Pages 6-10, 14, and 17-20 have images of live specimens of adult males (corresponding to your first 3 images), while p.35 has the penultimate female (corresponding to your final image).

In this specimen, the two extra lines are not there and the pronotal marking is a central line. Unfortunately, I think that it is the more common E. australasiae.
