Noticed in your notes that you've recorded this sighting at Wynn Vale Dam, but on the map, you've pinned it at Mcdouall Peak? Could you please correct this so we can get accurate data? Thanks.

The abundance range is too much for this species. Rainbow Lorikeets are frequent at this time of year (predominantly around Adelaide), but there aren't many records of these birds with numbers ranging between 101-1000; were all these birds sighted at the same time, or was this recorded over simultaneous days? Or perhaps you might have got confused between Musk and Rainbow (and perhaps Purple-crowned) Lorikeets? Thanks.

You want the data, you correct it and make it easier to use, you are starting to get up my nose. I take photos as a hobby I do not count birds, My photos can not be up loaded unless I put in a number, silly, same as your map, I actually put the curser on Adelaide or anywhere in the state.

It works fine for my submissions, not sure what the problem is? We do need the number of birds present and location, so we can contribute to a greater understanding of the ornithological value of the site and may provide important information for the site and to evaluate the effects of site management.

Hi Gary. Thanks for your contributions. We are a citizen science platform, so we require accurate data. We are not here just for showing off photographs. So if you don't wish to participate as a citizen scientist then you can post your photos on another website. Regards, Michael
