Thanks for your sighting.
It looks like you have provided incorrect location information. In wide road pavement in one of the roads in the middle of Townsville city.
This can occur if the GPS sensor in your device was having a bad day.
Please review and update the location of this record when you've available time.

_Themeda quadrivalvis_ is in the NatureMapr Au-wide grasses species list, from where i added this suggested identification based on your identification above.
Until now NatureMapr per se had not had sighting(s) in this Townsville NatureMapr region.
Of course, out in the field, well known in the area.
