Yes, I think you may be correct. Although S. ochrophara is very similar looking. Both occur (according to iNaturalist) in Tasmania and southern Victoria, but S. ochrophara has been recorded before in this regioi\n, BOLD only has S, plagiotis specimens from Tasmania.
